Meditation and Energy Workshop

Let us show you how to use your mind to energise your body.

Whether as part of a health and wellbeing event or as a one-off session, learning to
meditate is a skill learned for life and one that will have an unexpected effect on
business performance. This is an excellent, powerful way to combat workplace stress.

In just one hour one of our leading health and wellbeing experts will teach you and your
colleagues to de-stress and re-energise yourselves, by way of three proven meditation
techniques and some gentle stretching, the session ends with a series of energising
exercises.

As well as the meditation experience staff will leave understanding the benefits of meditation for high energy and stress management, plus simple techniques on how to meditate.

About the Meditation & Energy Workshop

  • - Space permitting we can energise up to 30 people at a time
  • - Carpeted room required, for comfort whilst lying down
  • - No equipment required apart from a book the thickness of a Yellow Pages which will act as a pillow
  • - Unique alpha rhythm music played in background, to aid deep relaxation
  • - Staff to wear comfortable loose clothing, suit trousers and shirt is fine
  • - Suitable for beginners. No previous meditation experience required
