72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a company booking. Please note that the 72 hours applies to working days only and will not include weekends or bank holidays

Cancelling or rescheduling an employee appointment

48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To reschedule please log on to the booking system, click to cancel your booking and follow the instructions to reschedule.

If you are unable to reschedule your appointment to an appropriate date or time please contact the client service team on 0208 835 9150 to arrange a refund.

If you need to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour notice period please contact the client service team on 0208 835 9150. Cancellations made within this time may not be refunded but may be rescheduled to another date or time dependent on circumstances.
